a few months back i rang them to see if i could participate in a current half price hair cut offer and if is it worth me applying as i ve previously sent them my details concerning a free hair and as she had a record this she said that i neednt send in another voucher and she would arrange a free haircut for me....within a week i had a call from a salon about 2 miles away and they gave me a good cut even though i did feel a cheap skate...so i put £5 in my stylist pocket and told her to have some lunch on me...

so those who have sent vouchers in the past give them a call and enquire about them....

I just tried this number out of curiosity 0844 884 4000 and I got through to an automated system for the Hair Group - with an option to speak to somebody about the promotion.

Think I'll phone tomorrow and ask them about it (not holding my breath though )

Had my hair done today in Sutton Coldfield, West Mids- had a wonderful job done on my hair as did my Mom and sister! The stylist was helpful,professional and gave me loads of advice. I was amazed at this as she knew that we wouldnt be paying- I wasnt pressured into anything (which I was worried about). In fact, I felt a bit cheap cus I only gave her a £2 tip- I had a look at the prices and to have my shoulder length hair cut and blow dried would have cost £41!!!
I feel that I have truly landed on my feet with this offer!! (And my hair look gorgeous too!!)

I used the voucher from the Cosmopolitan website link above, sent it off about 2 weeks ago and had a local salon (Brighton) ring me today to book me in for a free cut!

Plus NO STAMPED SELF ADDRESSED ENVELOPE was neccessary (for those who are worried about losing 36p!). All I sent was the hair group was the filled in voucher.

I just called the number above and pressed option '0' to speak to an operator. Told the lady I'd like to enter the promotion and she told me there was no need to send off a voucher - I just left my contact details and she said someone would call me in 2-4 weeks time. So that's great! Let's see if they call. If they do it'll be fantastic - I've been putting off having my hair cut for almost a year as it's just far too expensive.

SUCCESS! I just received a phone call from a hair salon offering me an appointment. I'm booked in this week so will let you know how it looks afterwards!

Phoned up today and a very lovely lady apologised profusely and told me that she was just working on my local area and that I was one of the people on her "to call" list. Not sure I believe her but she did offer a free family portrait session with a free 5"x7" portrait photo to apologise.

Didn't take her up on the photo offer but she's guaranteed I will hear from a salon within the next 3 weeks so fingers crossed
