  • Would it be worth check if you are entitled to any other benefits such as attendance allowance, help with council tax.
    Total debt Feb 2012 = £54354.11 😳
😁Debt Free and you can do it too
  • I notice you have nothing for birthdays, hair cuts etc. It might be useful if you could use the SOA format which is shown at the sticky at the top of this forum. That prompts you to ensure you haven't forgotten anything like birthdays etc (and makes it easier to read so long as you press the MSE format) and we can see a truer, clearer picture of your finances.

Welcome to the board - you really are in the right place for support, help and advice.
When you were born, you were crying and everyone around was smiling. Live your life so at the end, you're the one who is smiling and everyone around you is crying! :rotfl:

I am thinking possibly about an IVA
Be very, very, very careful about entering an IVA

Take a look here what Martin says about IVA.
Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.

All information given by myself is offered informally and without prejudice - if in doubt seek help from a qualified and insured professional

If an IVA is appropriate only use one of the debt charities.
