THIS IS MY FIRST TIME. GOT A TIP FOR CHEAPER VALENTINES FLOWERS, TEDDYS AND VASES.GO TO THE NEW COVENT GARDEN FLOWER MARKET IF YOU PARK IN A SIDE RD BEFORE 8 AM YOU CAN JUST WALK IN OR PAY £4 TO TAKE YOUR CAR. YOU CAN BUY THINGS REALLY CHEAP AND IF YOU PAY CASH EVEN CHEAPER. GOOD LUCK.
