1Year Anniversary - not sure

it will be our 1st wedding anniversary soon, and i want to plan something special, but not sure exactly what? I want it to be a surprise though...
Hubby isnt exactly the most romantic (of course he will get me something special i have faith in him
) so i thought i will do the planning myself, rather than being dissappointed on the day..
This way I'll set a good example for future anniversaries to come
I will only have a budget of around £200 to play with.
Was thinking a weekend away or even just a night away in a hotel (something a little nicer than travelodge!)
Or maybe the London Eye im not sure, as we've not been there.
Any ideas on anything romantic and very special i can do to make the day/evening very special??
