I've not heard of them before
Any info on their criteria would be helpfull.
ie, Income multiple
Proving S/E income
LTB Calculation
etc

They only lend in Northern Ireland - ltv under 75% for the best deal and usually will take an accountant's certificate to show last 2/3yrs trading figures - but have been known to go on less. There's no income multiple - it's based on affordability - and is their own judgement - ie no hard and fast rules so very difficult to know what the outcome will be.
HTH - but if you're not in N Ireland then you'll need a different deal
