Congratulations on your early discharge. I'm really pleased for you but I must say a bit miffed when I read everyone who gets ED and I have no sign of it whatsoever - still only 2 months 3 days left for me until AD.

The 12 months will go by quickly Dorothy. I went BR April 4th and must say I haven't encountered any problems in my day to day life since then. You'd hardly know I was BR. I even managed to upgrade my mobile phone account and got a nice new blackberry. I also enjoy having to pay for things in cash and not relying on credit - it is a relief and also shows how much cheaper things are when you're not paying interest. Not that I've bought much but we soon need a new television as ours is on the blink but my OH has some money on his paypal account and he'll get one from ebay.

Back to what I was saying above about buying things without credit - DD and I went to Boots today because she needed some make up so I looked at what brands were doing special offers(I only buy when they are). It ended up that 17 (I prefer 07 but hey ho) were doing 3 for 2. We got 3 things each roughly £30 worth of products for £20 and I had enough on my Boots loyalty card to pay for it all! RESULT!!

DD has been telling me I'm cheap lately so when I explained how much we got free and whats the point of paying for it if you can shop around and get it free - I think it sunk in.
