after finding out about an unknown CCJ dating back from 2001 which i am looking to sort out i have a couple of questions
1) Will there be interest on the amount? If so how much
2) Reading about setting aside does this apply as i honestly was unaware of this CCJ
3) On finding out whom this is owed to do i contact them and pay them back directly
Thanks i really hope that someone can help me on these and point me in the right direction
Thanks

unfortunately you would be very hard pushed to use this justification now, you would have to demonstrate that on the balance of probability that your would of stood a reasonable chance of defending the original claim anyway before the court will consider setting the judgment aside, also on pre-reading your next question I am presuming that do not dispute the debt so the court would see no logic in this requesttylney wrote:2) Reading about setting aside does this apply as i honestly was unaware of this CCJ
