Can't believe if this is true or not, but just had my first bottle of Brothers Cider ever, which had a comp on the bottle. You input the code from the label on the bottle and see if you win.

I've just had a message telling me I've won my choice of holiday from -

I can't believe it, Are these web comps ever wrong and show the win message wrongly?

If I have won, then I'm torn between the Amazon or the Grand Canyon.

I just can;t believe its true, and I won't until I hear back from them though. Only wondering who to take with me if it is true. But its a good dilema to have.

:mad: :mad: Right I'm totally fuming, As I said in my original post. I entered this competition on Saturday evening and did everything that I was asked to do.

I entered the code from my bottle, I answered their question and entered my email address.

I then recieved you have won message on screen, I then followed all of their instructions to claim my prize.

I sent them a letter, my label from my bottle and I included a colour copy screen print of the winning message. This was all sent recorded delivery to them as the on screen message recomended.

I have contacted them today to check that everything is ok, and they have told me I have a losing label and they will not give me the prize!!!!!

Has anyone else ever been through this before? Does any one know if they can do this?

Their terms state that all winners will be notified on screen if succesful, and thats exactly what happened. Why should I be penalised for their mistake?

Any advise would be great as I really feel angry about this.

Any help would be great.
