CCJ status after br?

Hi all, I went br 30/01/08 and was discharged 16/07/08:beer: . Just started looking at my crfs as last year was a very long year, spent most of it in hospital after having a premature baby.
All of my enteries are incorrect and so far, I have sent letters to them all. First one I have heard from is black horse, who are changing it.
The obtained a CCJ on me before BR, should my CCJ say satisied now, or will it just stay as an entry?
Many thanks for any help xxxxx

There is a great post at the top of this board all about cleaning up credit files and how to go about have stuff amended etc.
Just re-read your post.... You probably already have read it as you've sent the letters!! But yes - the CCJ should read satisfied, the same as the others.0 -
Ok, do I write to the court for this to happen? Thanks x0

The view expressed here is different:----> CCJ
I have been meaning to query the courts on this, but haven't got round to it yet.

That makes total logical sense.........
Or perhaps sense logical total???0 -
The CCJ will drop off the records before the BR order does, so it's not a big deal either way. :cool:Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
