the girlfriend run off with a toyboy over ten years ago, we had a mortgage together which she never paid into. she has disappeared and never claimed or serviced the house in any way.
can i claim full rights over the house due to her abandoning the house as in the case of squatters after ten years??

tried to trace her several times with no luck, solicitors didn't want to know either and mortgage company no help because of changes in the law.0
