Hmmm I ordered a coat that appeared that wasn't there before, luckily they had my size in it too, but I ordered Tuesday and I still haven't received it... and they send all their deliveries by next day post.

I have tried putting the track and trace number in on the royal mail webiste, it just says there is an error with the code. Checked my bank account and money was taken 4th Feb.

Anyone else had any probs or did yours come quite quickly?

Never had any problems with the company - however I do think the clothing is inferior quality.....fine for disposable fashion items though I suppose.

Following on from this i'm not impressed with their service at all really. A coat arrived today, and I will reiterate that is was 'a' coat not 'the' coat I ordered :rolleyes:

So it took them 5-6 days to send it, and then its not even the one I wanted, the invoice says the one I ordered but they must have picked the wrong coat in the warehouse.

I rang their CS and the lady just said sorry send it back with the free returns label and it could take up to 14 days before we send the other one out!!!

I said it I wasn't pleased and after a while she said she will refund the postage cost to my card which is a saving at least.. and thats what we aim to do lol save money I suppose!

Thanks OP - I've been scouring the sales for a coat for next winter, hadn't found one so was about to spend £56 on ASOS for one! Just ordered one from Boohoo for £18.45 inc delivery!
