I get my gas and electric from British Gas, do I have to tell them when I'm BR or just keep paying them?
Virgin Media provide my phone, cable TV and Broadband. Same there, keep paying or tell them.
I owe money (about £400) to Wessex Water, if I tell the OR what happens to the new water bill?

Keep paying your utilities as normal, there no need to tell them, the majority will be fine.
However, British Gas have been BR un-friendly of late and have stopped BR's from paying my monthly DD, and making them go onto pre-payment cards or meters. I don't know where they're getting customers names from, possibly the London Gazette, but it's happening to people who haven't included arrears in their BR. S you'll just have to see what happens, you may well slip through their net.
As for the water bill, the arrears will be included and you'll get a new bill for the coming year in AprilAccept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
Thanks. Would it be an idea to transfer British Gas into my ex partners name (she still lives in the same house as I do, but separate lives and rooms)"What does not kill you makes you stronger"0

It certainly wouldn't hurt. Or switch to another supplier.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0
