I've just had my hair done (colour & trim) and it looks great and, as always, the hairdresser used loads of lovely expensive products.

She used Bed Head Dumb Blonde Smoothing Stuff. I was just wondering if anyone knows of a cheaper alternative product. I can't justify spending that much on a hair product. I hate going to the hairdresser as it is - it costs so much money!!

  • I see you're in Lincoln - not too far away :D

Check out Boyes :: http://www.boyes.co.uk/stores/lincolnshire_list.html they do a fab range of stuff that is brand and also brand-under-other-labels stuff :)

If you can travel to somewhere like Sc*nthorpe, B&M Bargains or Home Bargains could be useful to you too :) Especially Home Bargains!

Depends how much you think is too much.

I too have my hair done with bed head dumb blondes, but have recent found you can get all of this dirt cheap on the net. Its actually cheaper than my normal shampoo!!

  • Thanks ElliotReid. I'll get down to Boyes then. I think there's a B&M type place on Tritton Road.

I've found Dumb Blonde stuff via Kelkoo for about £7, maybe I'm just being tight! It's just that I've bought so much stuff over the years that I use for about a week and when I realise I'm not a hairdresser I give up and chuck it in the cupboard!!
