Magic guideline to calculate outgoings?

Hi,
I am sitting here trying to work out my outgoings for section 7 of SOA form  . While it is straightforward enough for costs that dont vary each month eg. rent, council tax, how do i work out how much to put down for things like clothing, housekeeping and holidays? I've read a few posts here but i want to know if there is a published 'guidline' for amounts the court/OR will find acceptable.
Also, July last year we paid our car insurance in one lump sum (from hubbys redundancy) so we are currently not paying a monthly amount. This will change in July this year to £33/month. Shall i put down £33 month on my SOA now or not worry about it till July (presume the OR will change our monthly IPA) ??
Many thanks.;)
