So Much Doughnut dough.. Can i freeze it?

Goodmorning all.... Yesterday i decided to make some doughnuts for the first time ever... I followed the recipe which stated that it would make about 24 doughnuts. I rested the dough and then fried about 9 doughnuts, got tired and put the rest of the dough balls into the fridge. This morning the dough balls have risen dramatically, I don't have time to make some more doughnuts today, so thought that i might be able to freeze the uncooked dough. Can i freeze it or am i trying to be toooo OS. Also another question is, can i freeze the cooked Doughnuts. Thanks for any advice.

Hi, that site is just great, thanks. I can freeze it but think that i may have left it for too long. I will just have to 1 experiment with some of the dough, put it in the freezer and 2 just have to find some time today to fry up the remainder. Thanks for the link.20p savers club
