Afternoon all :hello:
Uneventful morning. Not done much other than put dinner in the slow cooker. Bit of a chuck it in and see job - pork steak dusted in flour seasoned with mustard powder, carrots, onion, cider, bay leaf and stock cube. Intend to add apples and mushrooms in last hour. Will add cr!me fraiche to sauce at end of cooking. And now if it tastes any good I've got a note of what I did:p . Hope its semi decent because Imade enough to put half in the freezer...
Hubbles had to go into work this morning and then watching BIL play rugby this afternoon so I'm home alone again... Plan for remainder of day:
Laundry
Iron clothes just off airer
Start sorting out CDs
Go through rest of cooking mags
Finish painting shelves
