    yeah, that won't be a problem. Just gets a bit dull knowing that the month stretching ahead is just a slog of same old routine, day in , day out. Still only 27 days to Manchester :j

    Sal - went for a run this morning (no runchum again!) but i made myself go out alone, 2.1miles in 28 minutes.... so well into the realms of 13minute mile territory!!:j

    followed by a swim, positively a bi-athlete me!

    I got them from here Spud. But mine were Junior ones as I'm normally a 3 but needed a 4. Think that's why they were £18.99. Very nice they are too. We have a Sports Direct in town.
