Monday class (Italian) Baked Stuffed Aubergines with garlic bread
Tuesday morning (sixth formers) Twin's hob nobs (only have an hour with them)
Tuesday evening: Hungarian Pork Chop with carrot and swede mash
I want to test the aubergine recipe as it includes cooking big slices of aubergine and rolling the stuffing in them."Stay Wonky":D
