Hi thanks for that. A bit new to this but I think I have now posted it as a single thread. I have had one reply already which helps and reading others on here has calmed my nerves a bit. I know I need to sort my financial situation out and am stressed about that already but these guys are really affecting me.0

They DO sound like muppets.
They need to prove they have the legal right to collect this money, and they can only do that by providing a CCA. If they can't produce it, they can't collect.
