new job!!! whoopee do i need to tell br?

hi everyone

i have been offered a new job today after a long jobhunt. i went br 21.1.08 so i have just passed add.do i have to disclose? i have a bru 5 yrs
will it show up on a crb check?

    I actually don't know. Do you have the guidelines for our BRU? Does it say you have to inform the OR of changes in income, etc?

  • it doesnt say so on my bru forms but when spoke to or he says i should inform them anyway and they will look at it. im hoping i cant get an ipo after discharge? but i have had conflicting advice with having a bru

    if anyone is sure pls let me know cheers

    When you are discharged thats it, end of! What ever extra money you get after this date is yours to keep. A BRO/BRU means that certain restrictions are put in place against you for a period of up to 15 years ( the most serious being reserved for fraud, not co-operating with the OR ) It does not effect your discharge or your money you earn after BR

    i thought so , thats great it means after 3 yrs of really being in a mess i can start and re build things for me and my daughter.
    i just need to learn to budget and save now and move forward.

    Not unless its a restricted occupation. If they ask then you should be honest, but otherwise there's no need.
