one question what did you have to write to get the judge to sgree that it didnot appear in local press?? as have didnot know that this was possible

Well fortunately I didn't request this because I am at risk of domestic abuse from my wonderful OH.

So, sorry, but I am unable to go into the details on here, suffice to say though, my situation is unlike any other bankrupt.

I too was incredibly nervous, but all the Court staff I met were most professional and very kind.

I hope it all goes well for you on Thursday.

An update - just checked the IS website and I am on it already - though, even on there, thank goodness, they have witheld my date of birth or address details. What a relief.

Still sinking in, every now and again getting butterflies about the OR interview, but just figure as long as I am totally honest then what is the worst that can happen, possibly a BRU, but nothing can take away my family or friends (in philisophical mode this morning!)
