you can only use it once0

My 1000 points were used on the order but refused when I got the wine delivered 10 minutes ago..It says they will email me with details...Where did the 1000 points code come from originally so I am ready to answer any questions they might ask!0
-
I had the same message. You can arrange a return if you want, but I was told when I phoned up that the code had gone through and I would get the 1000 points.Nice to save.0

same has happened to me but when I called they confirmed they would credit my account - said there was a 'glitch' on the system!
Wonder how many people dont check?
In case anyone asks, the code was one issued with the wine club mailout, it was a voucher that was enclosed.
Worth joining if you haven't already - you get codes, money off coupons etc - every little helps as they say!0 -

Dont believe them, if they tell you this ring back in about a week and I bet they havent been added, ask for them to be added and ask for a statment to be sent by post so you know they have done it. They always say this to fob you off. This has happend to be on load of occassions got wise now though. They owed me 3500 points at one time.

I had a look at the quidco site, but it said that if you use a shopping code you won't get both your cashback and the code discount/point.
You seem to imply that you do get both - is this correct?0
