should I end my fixed rate deal early

I am on my 16th month of my current 2 year fixed rate deal with RBS.
rate 6.25% at £747/month with overpayment option of 10%
I contacted RBS with view to changing deal early
I was offered 3.79% with a fee of £499. which I liked although a early repayment fee of £870. Not so good. I intend to pay the £499 up front though I would have to add the £870 to loan.
I would save £120/Month over 2 years on new deal. which I would use to make overpayments with. Should I go ahead now or wait until my current deal ends in September.. And see what the fixed rates are on offer then.
Thanks Paul.
