Can you freeze Bread and Butter pud?

Hiya
Got some ideas for recipes off this board - its great - but not sure if I can freeze bread and butter pud if there's any leftovers?
PS saw a suggestion in a mag recently saying try replacing the butter with lemon curd. May try that once I've tried the 'original' way : )

Yes, ive frozen it before.
I wouldnt replace all the butter, but lemon curd would be lovely, as is golden syrup or jam!!!! (i still use all the butter, just add the extra!!!)0 -
yes, it'll freeze for about a month, just make sure its well wrapped or in a sealed container. i often make a large dish of this and freeze half. lemon curd in nice, so is orange marmalade on the bread.£2 saver club 30th sept 198 £2 coins = £396(£350 banked)0
