Help GCSE and Alevel certificates...cant find!!

I am applying for a uni placement and I need my GCSE/ Alevel certifcates but I dont think i ever picked them up from my school.
Is there anywhere I can get them from or at least some proof of my results?
I took them in 1994 and 1996

You can get copies from AQA at a price,£34.50 per exam sitting,best bet is to go to your school and ask for a letter stating your results,much cheaper.!!

Same happened to me....I never picked mine up....and that was from 1969!!!!!:eek:

In 1996 !!!! 27 years later, I needed them for an interview....so I phoned my old school, and asked what I should do. The headmaster (who was probably the 6th one to run the school since I'd left) spoke to me and said he'd call me back. Later that day, he phoned, and said he'd found my GCE's!!!! :j They had them all archived from years ago in a locked room!
I went and picked them up.....luckily I only live about a mile away.
So, may be an idea to contact your old school? (Mine was a grammar school, which had changed to a comprehensive, then to a grant funded school during all those years....but they still had my certificates!)
