By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. This prize draw is open to anyone aged 18 or over who is a resident of the UK or the Republic of Ireland, except for employees of The Random House Group Limited (the promoter), their families and any other company connected with the competition.
2. The competition starts on 1st February 2009 and the closing date for the prize draw is midnight GMT on 8th February 2009. Entries that are illegible or received after this date will not be considered. The promoter is not responsible for entries delayed or lost. Proof of entering is not proof of receipt of entry.
3. Only one entry will be accepted per person and per day.
4. The prize is a Strada voucher worth £50. Redeemable at any Strada, Caf! Rouge or Bella Italia restaurant in the UK. Transport and any amount spent above £50 are not covered and will have to be claimed within 6 weeks of the closing date (the prize).
5. Events may occur that render the awarding of this prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the promoter and the promoter may, at its absolute discretion, vary, amend, suspend or withdraw the prize with or without notice.
6. Please note that we cannot guarantee that the prize will be delivered before Christmas.</SPAN> :eek:
7. The competition will be judged by the promoter within 3 days of the closing date and the winner will be the person who has correctly entered their email address. The winner will be notified by email within 5 days of the closing date.
8. The winner agrees to the promoter's use of their name, address and photograph in relation to the promoter's publicity material.
9. Your personal details will only be retained and used by the promoter in order to send you your prize and will be deleted thereafter, unless you have ticked the box to sign up for our newsletter, in which case your personal details will be retained by the promoter in order to send you the information you have indicated you would like to receive. Your personal details will not be passed on to any third parties unless explicitely instructed.
10. The winners' names will be available upon the promoter's receipt of a stamped addressed envelope.
