Thalassotheraphy treatment is where you are blasted with jets of water in a pool. You keep moving around the different jets as there were nine different ones at the spa. I won a champneys day and it was wonderful - really relaxing and with a lovely lunch. When we were in the thalassotheraphy pool Frank Bruno was in there with us, so you never know who you will meet at Champneys.:j0
