hi all,
i am well and truly up poo creak without a paddle aint i?
i have an alliance and leicester loan, which ive only been paying token payment to for just under a yr, due to over committment, mortgage arrears. jut struggling with 3 kids, and all the day to day living bills.
well they have said they want me to start paying £70 p/m or they are getting a charging order. now i dont know what to do. should i get my CCA from them, im not disputing the debt, i owe them the money, just never did a CCA request for them. ive read a bit about charging orders, and i think ive got gist, that they have to seek a CCJ first???
advice greatly appreciated thanks
