IRISH LOTTERY - help please! Esp gwynnington...!

Hi - apologies but i'm feeling a bit thick!

trying to follow up the tip on playing the Irish lottery at ladbrokes.com and their site's confusing me! It's the bit where you pick your numbers and put them on a line. Seriously, don't laugh, but i just don't get how to do it...

Their 'help' says: Pick up to 5 numbers to appear in the 6 or 7-ball draw - you win if all your chosen numbers are drawn. Pick between 1 and 5 numbers to match.

Does this mean that if you want to get a payout for matching one number, you should only put one number in each line and pay a stake on that?

I picked 5 numbers last night, matched 2 of them, but think i've lost out cus i put them all on one line...

If anyone knows, i'd love to know too! Thanks... :o:confused:

Not sure this is the correct place for this, would be better on another thread.
  • If you pick 5 numbers all 5 must come out to win.
  • You could also do a forecast i.e, canadian then if you pick 5 numbers and only 1 or 2 come in then you will get something back, can be quite expensive though as it works out about 26 bets
  • thanks for your advice so far... i think i had a fundamental lack of understanding - dur!

i'll shunt this to another thread. just put it here cus gwinnington had mentioned it further up this one.
