I phoned our local county court for our papers, advice etc on Monday and it still hasn't arrived! :mad:
Tried ringing CAB ALL WEEK! and it's either engaged or office closed which according to their website it is open.......... OH just wanna get a meeting to sort everything out and a clear idea what will happen......

Maybe try ringing one of the other advice numbers instead of the CAB? Perhaps you'll get through quicker. There's a list of them in the first sticky post.No9 Feb 09 Club0

Why not download the papers from www.insolvency.gov.uk. Or as the above poster says try ringing one of the other charities but i fear they may all be as bogged down:eek: as cab. Just a case of keep trying. I know that now you have made up your mind you just want to get it over and done with but life does not always go the way we want it;) . Frustrating(sp:o )as it may be,you will get there in the end. First of all dont apologise for moaning the whole idea of this place is when your feeling low come along & have a moan putting everything down in writing helps!
Do what the others suggest....I tried to ring national debtline for a freind the other day took me nearly 45mins to speak to someone but eventually I did....keep trying & stick at it
