How do you get your money back from bingo.co.uk? I have heard you are supposed to have £30 lodged in your accout before you can withdraw your money. I also heard that there is a problem with lodging money from a mastercard. Can anyone explain how to get your money back? How do they give you your money back? How long does it take to get your money back?

I take it you mean bingos.co.uk
I don't think you need to have £30 to withdraw but try withdrawing and see what it says - if it needs £30 then simply deposit again to bring it up to the required amount. IF (as I can't remember if there is a problem or not) there is a problem withdrawing to a Mastercard then they will send you a cheque fairly quickly.
To withdraw simply click on BANKING on the main page and then click on REQUEST PAYOUT
To be honest Mastercard does seem to be a pain for a lot of betting sites in the same way - they refund through a cheque. SO if you have a choice always try and use a Visa card

This is the message I am after getting
"Your account contains £10.00 in Bonuses that you have not yet qualified for. You must meet the wager requirements before the bonus money will become payable. Withdrawing funds from your account will cancel all unqualified bonuses."
What should I do now?0 -
Read all the terms and conditions that I seen and if your balance is less than £30 they take £5 for fees, I think it is admin fees. Therefore, I had to lodge money into the account to bring my balance to over £30. This was done in seconds and then I requested to withdraw the lot. It will take up to 72 hours and on business days, Monday to Friday. Therefore I will have to wait until Tuesday, Wednesday at the latest, to see if I get my money back.0

They also take £5 admin fee on withdrawals."I did then, what I knew then. And when I knew better, I did better"0

Is that not for withdrawals less than £30?0 -
Here is what I was reading in bingos.co.uk
When can I request a payout?
The following withdrawal request conditions apply in every case:
We do not accept payouts under £10. For all withdrawals under £30 you will be charged a £5 processing fee. We apologise sincerely for this but this is a charge we receive from our processing company. All the other sites will not even allow you to withdraw amounts under £30. Promotional bonuses are not cashable, even not winnings from promotional bonuses. Free £ (BBs) cannot be paid out, although winnings from them may be. Before you can qualify for a payout, a deposit must be made in advance of winnings. For all other cases, no-objection payouts are guaranteed.
As soon as the player requests a payout, the system will remove any unqualified bonuses s/he may have on his/her account.
Withdrawal requests are limited to one per day and per payout period. The payout period is 3 business days after the date of the request. Within the payout period the status of your request is pending and a flowback can be done. When a flowback was made, the payout period is finished and you can request a new payout. Eg. Should a withdrawal request be pending to be processed, your additional withdrawal requests will automatically be ignored by the system.
Payouts are made Mondays to Fridays (business days only). Withdrawals will be processed within the next 3 days from the date of the request.
Should a withdrawal request exceed the deposited amount (eg. due to winnings), the original amount deposited through a credit card will be refunded through the credit card method too. The remaining amount, exceeding the originally deposited sum, will be paid out to the player through the method s/he may choose. Some credit card processors do not permit this in which case an alternative payout method will be applied to suit your needs.
Non-refundable credit card depositors (Mastercard) or depositors with not refundable amounts will be asked to send us their documentation (proof of address, credit card details etc), so we will be able to send them a check by mail, or pay them through Neteller, Moneybookers or any other payment method. For security reasons, we kindly request customers with withdrawals of £5,000 and above to send us documentation as well.
Alternative methods include wire transfer of fund, Neteller and cheque by mail.
The house reserves the right to pay withdrawals above £20,000 in different instalments, according to a mutual agreement with the customer.0 -
Bingos.co.uk make it as awkward as possible to withdraw funds to encourage you to gamble with them. I've got £65 in there and have been asked for a scanned copy of the front & back of my Mastercard (with half the digits & security number blacked out), a proof of address and 2 forms filled in, signed and sent to them by email.
Grrrr
Just to confirm that the £5 admin fee is only charged on withdrawals under £30 and that the minimum withdrawal is £10.
