ok so i have a court order on my mortgage for falling into arrears,i gotta new job and all is going splendid until a mix up over holiday pay at work
i was told i have a whole week to take off and when i returned the next week i found i didnt have any days left to take so i will not recieve any holiday pay and i am now 300 quid out of pocket, i have spoke to my mortgage provider and they are very sympathetic and told me so long as i keep in contact and make payments towards missed payments they will take no further action.
ok i thought, but in the back of my mind i think they may start to take reposession proceedings
we have 2 kids and i cannot afford to have our home taken over a mix up that was not my fault.
i am on a DMP and a very tight budget and 300 quid short make a hell of a difference.
so will my provider do this?
i have been straight down the line with them, i just need a little time to get things back on track.
advice? opinions? help??
thanks

THe lender will typically look to move towards a possession order once you fall multiple months behind and the outlook for you is not good.
They wont do it on the basis of part of the month missed.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only.
