Maybe just give a months notice in writing & leave it at that...say you are winding up the business & will be in touch. Should give you a few weeks to sort out the work commitments.

Try & keep calm...its difficult as even the smallest things get completely out of proportion when stress sets in ! ( I had a little weep today when on the phone to a stranger!! ...started for no reason & was sooo embarassing!)

I know what you mean about emotional!! I'm bubbling over the slightest thing at the minute! Even a slightly sad TV programme! lol. I think I would rather put it in writing but its just we had our last meeting face to face and I feel a bit of a coward writing instead of speaking to him! He must know it's coming tho? Gona try forget about things tomorrow for the day, out for a few drinks during the day as some relatives from doncaster coming up to watch the newcastle game. Hopefully I wont start crying to my pint! (It'll dilute it! lol) xx Have a good weekend too!;)

Put it in writing to him and if he phones going mad just tell him you're very sorry but it's all been taken out of your hands. He can't keep harrassing you, just put the phone down each time. I wouldn't sign the lease however much pressure he puts on you.

It's unfortunate but these things do happen - and worse things than this happen in life! You gave it a go and it didn't work. You'll pick yourself up eventually.

You can't give him what you don't have. Good luck. x
