I used the one in warrington had to wait about 6 weeks for app (aug 07), be surprised if it isn't more now though as you'll know too well that northern towns will be harder hit with the credit crunch etc. I would allow more or less all day for it, 9-5 but i was only there maybe 3 hours or so.
