    Why?.....

i only said that because of the stick you were getting from certain people the other night, just in case they tried to hassle you again, if you know what i mean, please dont take it the wrong way .;)

Lets stay open-minded focus on the question at hand folks :)

Miss, do a search for "sell web design templates" on google and try and create a few to test the water. Of course, the psychic subject matters where you should concentrate on first. Think about hosting once you know you're onto a winner.

Also try creating a blog with Wordpress.com (buy a domain and hosting for $10 is feasible and provide advice on psycichy-things. Use something like google adsense to advertise on your site but don't kill it with too many adds.

DKLS, Your profile picture still s*** scares me!

    Littletinker: Yes i am 17...??

I didnt think a 17 year old psychic would be taken too seriously to be honest. Do you get much work? I dont believe in all the psychich nonesense but I do agree it can really help people so its not all bad ;)

I really like the idea of web designing. I think you could make a decent amount of money from that if you gave it enough time. Maybe to help you get experience you could ask some web design companies near you if you could volunteer for an hour or two a week. You'll be suprised at how much you will learn in a short time. Who knows, they may also see your really good at it and offer you a job there :D

  • Hi,
Basically you cannot refinance. You owe too much money to credit companies. You have boxed yourself in and the only way out is 2 jobs and more monthly income.....Work your way out... The only other thing you can do is go to a home mortgage company in your city and ask if they will do a refinance............

Unless I've missed something, I don't think it said anywhere that they owe money to credit companies or otherwise - just that they needed some extra income as there current job isn't guaranteed wages. Your post is just confusing!!!!

Good luck with earning some extra money, I think the website ideas sound great, there must be lots of people who wouldn't know how to go about doing one themselves, and if they can see how useful it would be to their business then I'm sure they would be willing to pay for it. :)
