First Birthday Competition
1. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Any person or persons connected with By Design (UK) Limited trading as "mydeco" including without limit, their families, agents, or anyone else involved in the administration of this offer are not eligible to enter.
2. All entries must be received by midnight on February 6, 2009.
3. The first 100 (one hundred) individuals who enter their email address, and enter one or more friend's email addresses who are NOT already on the mydeco mailing list will receive £10 to spend on mydeco.com.
4. Each entrant may only receive one prize of £10, regardless of how many friends email addresses are entered.
5. Each entrant who enters their email into the competition page on the mydeco site will be subscribed to mydeco’s weekly e-mail (from which you can unsubscribe at any time).
6. Each 'friend's' email address that is entered on the competition page on mydeco will receive one email from mydeco, informing them that a friend has suggested this offer from mydeco to them. The friends email addresses will NOT be added to the mydeco weekly newsletter mailing list unless they specifically subscribe.
7. By entering an email address on this page, you agree that the email address entered is valid, and you have permission to submit it to receive one email from mydeco.
8. Winners will be notified by email or post within 7 days. No correspondence will be entered into.
9. Winners must confirm their postal address before the prize will be awarded.
10. The £10 gift may be chosen by the winner, from any item currently in stock on the mydeco.com website. When the winner chooses their prize to the value of £10 mydeco will fulfil and deliver it to the confirmed postal address.
11. Please note that the £10 gift value does not include postage and packing or delivery fees, and that these may be an additional charge depending on the item chosen.
12. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn after 28 days of the original draw.
13. By Design (UK) Limited reserves the right to replace the prize with a product of equal value, if necessary.
14. Details of the winners may be posted on the mydeco website.
15. By entering this competition, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions above.
