Right I've just rung again and actually spoke to the person who's dealing with this competition.
Apparently the prizes are being sent out in two batches, the first lot went out on the 9th February and the second lot were due to go out on the 6th or the 9th March but they have had the stocks in earlier than expected and they are being packaged now and should all be dispatched by the end of the week.
She said the person who told me that all should be received by the 18th Feb was wrong to say that.
So fingers crossed again everyone.

o well just when we thought it was never gonna happen.. we are all back on the *look out for the postie* game again! thanks for that, glad you dared as I wanted to ring but just couldn't quite bring myself round to doing it! *lol*
