No, that is where you enter, there's a box for your answer

There's also a comment box but I left that blank. Maybe I should have said 'I don't want to join, thank you very much' :rotfl:

I think the dating site are just the sponsors It does not state anywhere on the site that you have to join anything before submiting your entry, just fill in the form on the left and a comment comes up
"thanks entry received, only one entry allowed"
