Hubby used to work for EDF fitting electric meters, he was employed through an agency and paid by Co-Op Construction (through an Umbrella Company I am assuming). A number of these despicable "scam job" operations crop up during every recession to prey on people who want to work for a living but can't find a job. These are the sorts of "employers" our Government and public servants should be hounding hard.
