How many nationwide tracker customers have not had the collar enforced?

I wonder if Nationwide believe that mortgages at specific rates or dates may not contain the collar information on the KFI, and rather than wade through them to find which ones may or may not be affected, it is simply easier and cheaper to not enforce.

That maybe a good explanation for it. It seems more logical than randomly waiving collars for some and not others. I genuinely cannot find my KFI so await with interest confirmation from Nationwide if the collar clause was on it. 99% of me expects it to be the case, but you never know....

Well I have turned my house upside down and have finally found my KFI which clearly states the conditions of the collar at 2.75% so no complaints from me.

Has anyone figured out why certain people have been let off?
