Hello - I like this with walnut oil on salad, just looking and can't find it anywhere now. Has it gone? Anyone know how I could make some??

I saw some in Mr T's last week when I was looking for some hazlenut oil but I have made both raspberry and strawberry vinegars in the past just by infusing berries in the same way as I make tarragon vinegar. I used non brewed condiment though as I really dislike malt vinegars.0

I use white vinegar and put a good handfull of raspberries in - leave for 6 weeks, strain and decant into an old vinegar bottle (keeeping os of course)Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light
