3. To enter you must complete the form provided online at www.wallis.co.uk. Prize Draw closes on 14th February 2009 at 5pm. Only one entry per person.

5. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random (by an independent person) on 17th February 2009. The winner will be notified by email by no later than 20th February 2009. Wallis's decision will be final. There will only be one winner.
6. The prize consists of two nights at The Waldorf Hilton in London (must include a Saturday night) and two Grand Circle tickets to see the show 'Carousel' at the Savoy Theatre during your stay. Both are subject to availability. Travel, subsistence and other expenses are not included in the prize. Hotel room will be allocated by The Waldorf Hotel based on availability but will be either a 'Guest' or a 'Deluxe' room. The prize is valid until 31 March 2009.
7. If the prize is not claimed within one week of the winner being notified, Wallis reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner.
8. The prize is non transferable, non refundable and non negotiable. There is no cash alternative. Wallis reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
9. By entering the Prize Draw the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Wallis may require.
