think cashback only applies to main boots.com site - the dvds come from bootsentertainment.com which is a third party iste, run by TheHut.com on behalf of Boots - so all gods come from TheHut.com and any problems you del with them *so when they muck up an order, you cant plead for point, sob sob*

they sent me two lots of cds and charged me twice, so a bit of a palaver - only reason i bother ordering off them is for points as boots themselves no logner sell cds!

They messed my order up 2, should have had a free DVD with my CD. CD came but no DVD. phoned up & expressed my concern that this was a xmas present, if I return it now will I have 1 back before xmas. They gave me a free address to return the original item & a gesture of goodwill they will forward me the correct items immed & guaranteed del within 3 days. If they don't receive my order back they'll charge me again. Phoned yesterday when I recieved my correct items & they have already recieved the returned item, this took all of 4 days. Was well impressed.

When i phoned up to tell them that theyd mucked it up, they gave me a freephone address, then i got an email the next day to say theyd got it! they said theyd pass it on for a refund, but the dozy HBOS forgot to tell me id already been refunded, so emailed them back but no word, checked again friday hadnt been refunded twice so must have got through to them.

ive used them and virgin for buying cds this year, both pretty good. admitabbly the plus point on this one is the boots points, lol.
