Hello All,
Does anyone know of any Offset lender who is willing to lend to someone who has a second legal charge on their property? Or am I just wishing...
I would prefer to go with First Direct but I have 10k set against my mortgage, its 0% so I was reluctant to pay it off.

As far as I know no second charge loan company will offer Offset facilites.0
