I've worked through the first 37 days of this course:
Simpleology 101: The Simple Science of Getting What You Want
and it's helped me organise my daily tasks and focus on worthwhile goals.

Is this any good and is it some kind of rip off?

I can only speak for myself (although there is an active forum of other people who are finding this course worthwhile) and for me it's been quite revolutionary:
I now get more accomplished in less time
I don't get so easily distracted (surfing during work time being the biggest culprit)
I focus more on what's actually meaningful to me
I don't procrastinate as much as I used to (still have problems with this one though)
As for it being a rip off - I suppose if someone is already functioning at full capacity, then there's prolly not much to be gained - the time and energy invested in studying this course would be wasted.
At the same time, if you're like me and feel frustated knowing that you could be achieving more, but not quite managing it - then the time and energy invested could well be an excellent investment.0
