What to do with left over choc's?

Really! What do I do with left over choc's from Xmas???
Don't normally have this problem, but my 2 son's have left home and only come once or twice a week.
Husband is diabetic and isn't even tempted, I am not going to eat them all myself (like I'd normally do!) either.
You know the one's that get left, the 'Luxury,Truffle, Caramel, Fudge and Liquer' type ones.
Its my birthday today. Made some cakes and melted down some of the truffle ones to use as topping. No idea what they taste like yet, but anyone that calls in today can give me some feed back!!!!
Also while on the subject of leftovers from Xmas........................I have some tinned choc biscuits as well. Can they be crunched down and used in a cunning disguised way?????????

Happy birthday LL
re the biscuits - why dont you use them as a base for cheesecake maybe.
The leftover chocs - if they are not full boxes why don't you make little bags out of them and give to some people living round about you - maybe some older person as a treat.
If they are still in the box and un-opened do you have any birthdays coming up for family and friends

Happy birthday LL!!!
Maybe use the chocs chopped up in cakes and biscuits, which you could then freeze for later.
The biscuits, again, as smokey says, cheesecake base. Or crumble them up and again freeze for later.0 -
All open.............piglets over Xmas! I like the idea of giving them away in little net bags or something similar.
I guess at the end of the day you really just can't disguise the fat content in choc's, no matter how much you batter them into a cheesecake base........
Thanks for all the info and b/day wishes

We like to be healthy in our household. We melt down the yummy fattening chocolate, cut up lots of healthy fruit and use the melted chocolate as a dip, and tell ourselves that we are not being really bad because we have eaten lots of fruit.0
