Help Last minute.com

 This is my first post, and i dont know which forum i need to put it in.
Last night i brought 2 tickets for £17.50 each for a matinee performance of Avenue Q at the theatre in London. I paid on my debit card and recieved confirmation that the tickets had been booked and to print off my confirmation and take to the theatre to collect my tickets. This afternoon i recieved an email from last minute.com telling me that they had incorrectly priced the tickets and were refundeding my card but that it would take 7-10 days. Can they do this, looking on the website now all matinee performance are now priced @ £50.00 + 5.00 fee. Is there any thing i can do, i have emailed them and call them, to be told that they can cancell or postpone any performance but my argument is that the performance hasnt been cancelled or postponed. I am so angry what makes it worse is that i have booked train tickets which are not refundable... the person at last minute.com said she would get a manager to call be back and guess what i am still waiting.... is there any thing i can do.... I will be grateful for any advice

Dont know where you stand im afraid but if you go onto theatremonkey.co.uk they list all the offers on at the moment and you can get matinee tickets for £20 at least that way you still get to go and use your train tickets.

sorry i wasnt more helpful about lastminute.com touch wood ive never had problems with them.
