This is an unfortunate side affect of bullying in various means through the years but I tend to be constructively assertive back. At times, I can put the fear of God into people because they just simply push me into doing it. But I am usually meek soul. It taught me a few lessons shall we say. How to deal with a bully on their own grounds. But keep the upper hand.Any help, opinions, views I may hold those are my own. Respect them as you would expect the same in return. Offered freely, is gleaned from a lifetime of experiences, knowledge gaining. Passed on to benefit others. I may be direct, ask you questions but those are to help you. Up to you if you choose to take it. I won't judge you either way.

Did you get a letter where they state 'all full settlements will attract a significant discount' - i had them for a british gas debt also and got this letter so i rang and said 'what's the discount then' and they let me pay it off as below. I have a copy of this letter now and working in probation if i were to go to court for this i would stand my ground that £22 is a significant discount and proof i paid within 1 day of receiving their letter
DFW since JAN 2009 - 2014 will be the year i finally clear debts
Just to see which month

Whilst I remember but for future reference for anyone it can help but Littlewoods usually end up shuffling their debts to BCW, when they haven't got anywhere with any of the other DCAs in harassing people to pay what they cannot afford. Think of BCW, kind of like the be all and end all of DCAs. A 'last resort'. You can tell I don't like them can't you?
