D Lumbar roll or a normal Lumbar Roll - Difference?

Been looking at Lumbar rolls for work (lower back support) but then also came across something called D Lumbar rolls - Haven't a clue what the difference is though? Cant find anything online either

Ideas folks?

    Looking at the links you supplied the 'normal' lumbar roll is a round one where as the 'd' one is a capital D in shape. According to one website I looked at the "circular roll is usually of most benefit to those users who have a particularly pronounced lordosis and require a little extra support to fit snugly" http://www.posturite.co.uk/PosturiteSite/product/4031.htm
