Anyone with Lovefilm?

I was just wondering if anyone gets rentals from Lovefilm, and if so could perhaps answer my question!
I've got the 2 unlimited package, and I sent 2 films back last Sunday, I've just checked my rental list and they have allocated 2 disks that aren't on my rental list (there are 25 titles on my list, I can't believe that at least one of them wasn't in stock) I don't want to watch either of the films, so I'm wondering what to do? they haven't been dispatched yet, but I can't find anything about this problem on the report a problem page!
I really want some dvd's soon though as OH is away!
anyone know what to do?

There is an option with lovefilm where they suggest titles to you and then send them based on the genres you selected when you signed up. Just ring them up and tell them to turn it off, then you will only get titles from your list.
And in future, if you sign up again, just dont select any genres and it wont get switched on.0 -
Lovefilm in my books is going down, i find them really slow to dispatch movies lately, i sent the movies back on Saturday and they dispatched new ones today for arrival tomorow.
With Tesco (which i know is powered through Lovefilm) i found that i dispatched Monday and new ones arrived wednesday. But that was a few months back, they could have changed now but im gna give them another try.0 -

I think I'm going to get the small person to bed and then give them a ring!
I do think that they are getting slower at sending out dvd's. The past month or 2 we've definiatly waited longer than usual.
Saying that, this is the first problem I've had with them in nearly 18 months.0 -
just remember that ringing them costs you money!
I had to contact them earlier today about my billing, I just emailed them and had the answer I wanted within 15 minutes, everything sorted!0 -
I just signed up to lovefilm.com a few weeks ago on a free 90 day trial. Not had any problems. I sent 2 films back monday morning, got my next 2 this morning (wednesday). No complaints here.0

Very pleased with them they are extremely quick at turning stuff around,they have alot of the more non run of the mill stuff inc documentries etcnever put off buying a bargain today,it may be gone tomorrow0

Have sent an e-mail! I imagine I'll have to wait till tomorrow now before they respond, but at least they know not to allocate me disks now!0

Is it maybe something to do with where you live as to how quick they are to turn them around? I live in london and it's really quick, although my friend who lives in yorkshire is about to leave them because it takes weeks inbetween receiving new ones!0
